We were in person. A little hard to hit. Large selection, but only a catalog with very small pictures. At least some small display or 'sampler' with types of bristles would be useful. :) It seems to me that the quality of the product is very good but I don't have a comparison because it is the first leather. The service is very nice and knowledgeable.
